  • Google Workspace: Used for internal order organization (Google Sheets) and email communication.

5. Data Retention

  • Order Records: We maintain your Order Information for our records to comply with German tax laws (Aufbewahrungspflicht) for 10 years.

  • Song & Media Files: The custom songs and any photos you send us are stored securely. We retain the final downloadable files for 1 year to ensure you can re-download them if needed. After this period, or upon your request, they may be deleted.
