1. Merchant of Record Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Nature of Service: Personalized Multimedia Digital Artwork At FelizSong, we create unique, AI-assisted multimedia digital artworks that combine personalized lyrics, music, and visual elements based on your specific instructions. By placing an order, you are commissioning a custom digital creative work.

3. No Right of Withdrawal & Refunds Due to the fully personalized nature of our digital services, all sales are final. For EU Customers: In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. By confirming your purchase, you expressly agree that we begin the fulfillment of the contract before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content production has started.

4. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: One-Time Revision We strive for artistic excellence. If you are not satisfied with the initial result, we offer one (1) free revision under these conditions:

  • Original Instructions: Revisions must align with the original genre, mood, and story provided. Completely new concepts require a new order.

  • AI Characteristics: You acknowledge that AI technology may result in minor deviations in pronunciation or intonation (approx. 5%). These are inherent to the artistic medium and are not considered defects.

  • Timeframe: Revision requests must be sent to feliz@felizsong.com within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Delivery Digital files are delivered via email. While we aim for delivery within 24 hours, technical delays involving AI processing may occur.

  • Paddle (Merchant of Record): Handles payments and tax compliance.

  • OpenAI & Suno AI: Processes text/story inputs to generate lyrics and music.

  • Bunny.net: Secure storage and delivery of your digital files.

  • WooCommerce: E-commerce infrastructure.

4. International Data Transfers Some service providers (e.g., OpenAI, Suno) are located in the USA. We ensure data protection through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the EU Commission to maintain a level of protection equivalent to the GDPR.

5. Data Retention Invoices and contract data are stored for 10 years (German tax law). Digital media files are retained for 1 year to allow for re-downloads, after which they are deleted from our active storage.
